Because we deal with live animals, returns are only accepted under our DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy.

You must record an unboxing video upon receiving your fish.
Any DOA must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo and video proof.
If verified, you’ll receive a replacement fish or store credit for your next order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For other items (equipment, accessories):
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
